We meet the educational needs of those in the racing industry in two ways.​

​Adult Education

Our adult education programs teach ESL and provide leadership training, equipping those who work in the racing industry to grow personally and professionally. Our ESL classes are taught year-round and are staffed by volunteers from local churches as well as RTCA-IL staff members.

Youth Education​

Our youth education programs include tutoring and educational support systems that help set children up for success in grade school, junior high, high school and beyond. Many of the students involved in the youth education programs provided by RTCA-IL have graduated from high school and some have even been able to begin attending college.
