WHAT WE DO

YOUTH PROGRAMS

We provide programs for the youth that live on-site at the racetracks. These programs vary from Bible camps to athletic camps and have hundreds of children attend each year.

EDUCATION

We provide countless classes to children and adults, including ESL courses. Our tutoring program works with students all the way through high school to ensure academic excellence.

HORSEMAN SUPPORT

In times of triumph and tragedy, the RTCA-IL provides support and strength to those on the front end of thoroughbred racing industry. This includes supporting horsemen, trainers & jockeys before, during & after racing.

BACKSTRETCH SUPPORT

In times of triumph and tragedy, the RTCA-IL provides support and strength to those on the back end of thoroughbred racing industry. This hot walkers, barn support staff, security and concession managers.
